The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of seven outlets, including five full-service dining venues, and must have a deep culinary foundation, Forbes-level service expertise, and a proven track record in resort F&B operations. This role demands a polished, hands-on leader with a strong background in high-end dining or resort environments, and a history of success in senior F&B management.

Applicants for the Vice President of Food and Beverage position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Chef in high-end dining or resort settings, with at least 5 years in a senior F&B management role. The ideal candidate will have a background in independent resort or boutique hospitality and a culinary or hospitality degree. Key skills include expertise in financial management, the ability to elevate guest experiences in line with Forbes standards, and a professional presence that remains calm and guest-focused under pressure. The role requires a leader who is highly visible, hands-on, and engages with the team and guests to set the standard for service excellence.
