The Company is seeking a Vice President of Food and Beverage to lead and oversee the culinary and dining operations of its luxury resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of seven outlets, including five full-service dining venues, and must have a deep culinary foundation, Forbes-level service expertise, and a proven track record in resort F&B operations. The role demands a polished, hands-on leader who is highly visible and engages with both guests and staff to maintain the highest standards of service excellence.
Applicants for the Vice President of Food and Beverage position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience as an Executive Chef in high-end dining or resort environments, with at least 5 years in senior F&B management at the Director or VP level. Experience in overseeing a minimum of 6 outlets, particularly with a focus on full-service dining, is essential.
