Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst CPSO to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Redondo Beach, CA. Roles and Responsibilities:

The candidate must have relevant experience supporting industrial security programs. Strong working knowledge of the DoD SAP Manuals, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), and the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions amid ambiguity, and meet deadlines. Also, serves as Top Secret Control Officer responsible for safeguarding top-secret material, including origination, marking, accounting for, storage, duplication, transmission, and destruction. The successful candidate must be a self-starter and requires minimal supervision. Some travel may be required. Basic Qualifications: 8 Years with Bachelors; 6 Years with Masters; 4 Years with PhD or an additional 4 Years of Industrial Security or related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Active Top Secret clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SCI and SAP access.

Background investigation completed within the last 6 years.

Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of SAP experience

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions amid ambiguity and meet deadlines.

Strong leadership skills to include being a self-starter that can deliver results with minimal supervision and functions with high ethical standards.

Ability to display tact, discretion, and diplomacy in dealing with all levels of employees and customer.

Must be organized and efficient at time management.

Salary Range:
