What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Software Engineer - AI Innovation Labto join our team. This position falls under our corporate line of business and is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. This is not a traditional engineering role youll be working alongside architects, analysts, and data teams to build applications and platforms that bring AI solutions to life. You wont just write code; youll help shape how AI integrates into products and services across the enterprise. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in dynamic, fast-moving environments and want to apply their craft to cutting-edge AI initiatives.
How We Work
As a Software Engineer - AI Innovation Lab , you will work in an onsite environment reporting to our Peachtree Corners, GA office location. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Peachtree Corners, GA Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include: Developing, testing, and deploying software components that enable AI solutions. Collaborating with AI Architects and Business Analysts to translate requirements into working applications. Building APIs and microservices that integrate AI models into enterprise systems. Partnering with QA Engineers to ensure software quality, performance, and compliance. Contributing to code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices in engineering. Expanding reusable frameworks and toolkits to accelerate AI solution delivery. Driving automation and CI/CD practices across AI projects. Mentoring junior engineers and promote engineering excellence in the Lab. Exploring new technologies and approaches to strengthen AI adoption at scale. Qualifications & Skills 8+ years in software engineering, ideally with 3+ years exposure to data-driven or AI-related products. Proven track record building applications, APIs, or services in enterprise environments. Experience working in Agile teams and delivering production-quality software. Strong coding proficiency (Python, Java, or similar). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of APIs, databases, and microservice architectures. Experience in AI/ML concepts and willingness to learn how to work alongside AI systems. Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excited to work at the intersection of software engineering and AI innovation. Comfortable building in environments where requirements evolve rapidly. Passion for applying engineering to solve real-world business challenges.
