Business Analyst/Product Owner
Copay is currently looking to hire a Business Analyst/Product Owner to join our team. This position falls under our Corporate line of business and is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. The Business Analyst / Product Owner to define AI product requirements, manage backlogs, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value to the business. As a Business Analyst/Product Owner, you will work in an onsite environment reporting to our Peachtree Corners, GA office location. Copay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in Peachtree Corners, GA Company-issued equipment The responsibilities of the role will include: Gathering and documenting requirements for AI use cases. Managing product backlog and prioritize features. Working closely with AI Architects and developers to align solutions with business needs. Facilitating user testing and collect feedback. Conducting market and competitive analysis to inform product features. Evolve AI products based on business feedback and performance metrics. Drive product adoption across business units. Champion user-centric AI solution design. Qualifications and skills: 5+ years as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in technology environments. Experience defining requirements for AI/ML solutions. Knowledge of Agile product management practices. Familiarity with data analytics and AI solution design. Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams. Ability to influence product direction and priorities. User-focused mindset with a passion for AI innovation. Experience bridging business needs with technical execution.
