Hartford, CT | Onsite Compensation:
$21.00-$22.00 per hour What you'll do as the Office Automation Specialist:
Process W-9 forms in the tax database with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency (primary responsibility) Sort and scan incoming paper mail and digital forms from shared inboxes Log voicemails into tracking templates for accurate recordkeeping Assist with report preparation and updates, primarily in Microsoft Excel What you'll bring to the Office Automation Specialist role:
Proficiency across multiple software applications, such as spreadsheets, word processing, presentation graphics, or desktop publishing Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage tasks efficiently, prioritize deadlines, and maintain consistency in high-volume work Clear communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach Experience with project coordination or administrative support is a plus
