The job is located in the Commissary Warehouse and will focus on purchasing, receiving Commissary and facility orders, supporting the warehouse at times with stocking, pulling orders, delivering, supporting Dietary warehouse, cycle counts, inventory and fixed assets. Some of what you'll do: Plan, coordinate, and perform procurement and inventory functions for warehouse. Plan, organize, and oversee annual fixed asset inventory. Analyze excess supplies and coordinate to, from and between departments, facilities, institutions, agencies or returns to vendors. Input data entries into a specialized inventory system for any issue, transfers, and receipts of all items coming into and going out the warehouse. Provide excellent customer service to our customers and vendors. Supporting any functions between multiple warehouses. What we're looking for: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, procurement, logistics, supply management or closely allied field; OR An Associate of Arts Degree in Purchasing Management, Business Administration or closely allied field AND two years of full-time purchasing experience OR Two years of experience as a Procurement and Supply Specialist 1.
