Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance
- Partner with client leadership on hiring strategies
- Maintain HRIS and employee records
- Respond to employee questions and assist with benefits coordination
- Help organize team-building and DEI initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of HR experience (preferably generalist role)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR software (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, ADP)
