Must be available for mornings, evenings, and weekends Store Hours:
11 AM – 7 PM Compensation:
$75,000 – $90,000 base salary + benefits package + stock options + commission plan Responsibilities
Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations Lead, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed sales goals Deliver exceptional customer experiences and resolve any escalated service issues Maintain high visual merchandising and operational standards Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management Oversee inventory management and loss prevention initiatives Foster a positive and collaborative work environment Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a retail management role, preferably in luxury or premium retail Strong sales and clienteling skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Proficiency in POS systems and basic Microsoft Office skills Position details
