Store Manager

to lead their Aspen boutique. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong sales, operational, and team management experience, capable of driving performance while maintaining the highest standards of luxury retail. Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Additional compensation Annual Bonus Salary: $80,000 $95,000 annually + eligibility for annual performance-based bonus tied to store sales Medical, dental, and vision insurance (Oxford/UHC, Guardian, VSP) Paid holidays, PTO, and sick days ADP Employee Assistance & discount programs (travel, insurance, cell phone, etc.)

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily store operations including scheduling, staffing, opening/closing, and compliance. Drive sales by actively engaging with top clients, cultivating new relationships, and supporting the team in closing high-value transactions. Ensure a world-class in-store experience that reflects the highest standards of luxury and client care. Maintain the boutiques visual presentation and merchandising standards. Coordinate and execute in-store events, client appointments, and brand activations. Track, monitor, and report on key performance metrics (traffic, sales, conversion, fulfillment, etc.). Manage back-of-house functions: inventory intake, shipping/receiving, supply management, and documentation. Adhere to budgets and oversee store expenses. Lead, mentor, and coach sales staff to elevate performance, foster growth, and reinforce a culture of professionalism and excellence. Build community connections in Aspens luxury market to strengthen brand presence and partnerships.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience (with at least 2 years in management), preferably in luxury retail operations or sales leadership. Strong background managing teams, operations, and backend workflows in a retail environment. Proven ability to coach, mentor, and motivate a sales team. Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Experience with POS platforms, inventory systems, and retail administrative tools. Discretion and professionalism in dealing with high-net-worth clientele. Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak retail seasons. Salesforce experience required. Background in luxury watches or fine jewelry highly preferred.

Full-time, in-person role. Sunday Friday: 10:30 AM 7:00 PM
