Sr Scrum Master with extensive experience on migrating from Jira Server to Jira Cloud Responsibilities We are seeking a self-motivated, energetic, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and constantly evolving environment. In this role, you will be a team mentor, dedicated to helping your team succeed. Facilitate refinement meetings, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Establish metrics, track progress, identify risks, and create mitigation plans to drive the teams toward their goals. Build relationships and tackle challenges with high energy and enthusiasm to make things happen.
Skills and qualifications
Highly organized, able to build roadmaps, track dependencies, and resolve blockers. Proficient in JIRA and Confluence. Strong understanding of Lean, Agile (Scrum & Kanban), and Waterfall methodologies, with ability to apply the appropriate approach based on team needs, environment, and constraints. Experience training and coaching team members on Scrum and XP-related artifacts (Definition of Ready/Definition of Done, User Stories, Story Points, etc.) without being pushy. Continuous learning mindset; eager to expand lean/agile knowledge and experience. Capable of leading distributed and remote teams. Ability to hold the team accountable to agreements and commitments. Skilled at socializing and discussing team dashboards (burn-up/burn-down charts). Drives continuous improvement; servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, transparency. Coordinate cross-team dependencies and remove blockers; lead prioritization discussions; help teams focus on highest priorities. Assist the Product Manager/Owner in backlog management; build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without blame; foster a culture of collaboration and experimentation. Facilitate ongoing team planning activities and cross-team Scrum ceremonies.
