Base pay range $250,000.00/yr - $450,000.00/yr

Role Overview The successful candidate will lead complex engagements involving

forensic accounting ,

litigation support , and

financial investigations , while also contributing to

business development

and

client relationship management . A strong understanding of insolvency and bankruptcy matters is highly beneficial, particularly in the context of litigation and restructuring.

Key Responsibilities

Lead forensic and litigation support engagements, including expert witness testimony.

Conduct financial and economic analyses to support legal theories in disputes.

Advise on matters involving fiduciary duties, fraud, valuation, damages, and corporate governance.

Collaborate with legal teams and financial institutions on high-stakes cases.

Drive business development efforts across Florida and Latin America.

Mentor junior professionals and contribute to practice growth.

Candidate Profile

10+ years of experience in forensic accounting, litigation consulting, or financial investigations.

Strong familiarity with insolvency and bankruptcy processes.

Credentials such as JD, CPA, CFF, CIRA, or similar are preferred.

Proven track record of expert witness work and Daubert-tested testimony.

Established network in South Florida's legal and financial communities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and grow a practice.

Spanish language skills and LatAm market experience are a plus.
