Coforge is seeking an Infra QA Test Lead with accountability for quality related to infrastructure projects and changes, such as patching, upgrades, integrations, and emergency fixes.

Provide technical expertise within the infrastructure field to deliver quality projects in-house and on-shore for below areas: Basics of Networking WAN/VWAN and TCP/IP. Experience with VPN/Azure VPN and MFA. Hands-on experience with Windows, Linux, or macOS. Experience in patching/updates for Windows/Linux/macOS, analyzing impact and deployment planning. Good understanding of Cloud technology/infrastructure. Experience with Kubernetes and Docker. Analytical and effective problem-solving skills. Responsible for test approach and execution for change requests. Be accountable for test coordination and mentoring the Digital/End User Computing team. Build and maintain quality standards and ensure application teams deliver quality testing to validate infrastructure changes by using automated test assets and disciplined testing. Accountable for performing root cause analysis for continuous change quality improvement to drive production stability in the infrastructure test delivery programs. Teamwork abilities to work with multidisciplinary teams to achieve goals. Experience in infrastructure testing and coordination work. Ability to understand infrastructure changes and coordinate with testing teams and application support teams. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Coordinate with the application and change teams to address issues during infrastructure changes and provide support throughout resolution. Required Knowledge
Test lifecycle experience delivering high-quality infrastructure changes with minimal impact to applications (test planning, test scenario build, test execution, defect/issue management, and test health metrics/status reporting). Understanding of patching, upgrades, and deployment into Dev/Test/UAT/Prod environments. Concepts and tools of infrastructure servers virtualization (Citrix VDI), VPN, Azure Cloud, MFA, Windows upgrades/patching, O365 and network LAN/WAN. ITIL Service Management concepts and tools (HP, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow for Incident, Problem, Change, Release, CMDB, etc.). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools like Azure and Jira. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Jira. Education Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field, or equivalent experience. Seniority level
