Managing the cycle of promotional material and collateral development and approval. Analyzing clinical data to develop multichannel commercial and marketing initiatives to differentiate the human-based nutrition therapy and reach different audience segments. Developing awareness and education initiatives to target different stakeholders such as clinicians, payers, and parents. Other duties and responsibilities Coordinating quantitative and qualitative assessment of product performance. Researching and integrating new marketing strategies and tactics including digital, interactive, and online media, mobile applications, AI, and other creative solutions that complement traditional approaches Message and content development Create and champion competitive programs and tools that differentiate the human-based nutrition products portfolio and grow market share Apply analytical skills to develop therapy and disease models, market and customer segmentation, and business metrics Pull the appropriate level, functional and geographic functions together to support initiatives Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of product marketing and commercial launch experience preferably in the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry. Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing required, MBA preferred Nutrition/dietitian background a plus Proven history of creating and executing programs that impact the business and customers. Strong clinical marketing skills-- effectively use clinical data to support and drive key marketing claims across a wide variety of geographies. Understanding of global medical advertising and promotions regulatory process. Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to express subject matter knowledge and to tailor messaging to specific situations and audiences, including all levels of the organization.
