Holder Construction, an Atlanta-based commercial construction company with operations throughout the United States, is seeking a highly motivated MEP Engineer to join our team in Ashburn, VA. Responsibilities
Communication with electrical/mechanical equipment vendors, electrical/mechanical design engineers, clients, and subcontractors. This position involves purchasing electrical/mechanical equipment, coordinating submittals, assisting with electrical/mechanical cost estimates, and coordinating drawings. Common projects include large-scale mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and office buildings. Qualifications
2+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems. Experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects. Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, and managing and tracking project budgets and cost control. Strong experience managing relationships with owner representatives, architects, engineers and clients, while supervising subcontractors and vendors. Benefits and compensation
