MEP Manager
Holder Construction, an Atlanta‑based commercial construction company operating throughout the United States, is looking for a highly motivated MEP Manager to join our team in Portland, OR.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the mechanical and electrical construction needs of Mission Critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and related projects.
Manage all Mechanical and Electrical trade contractors and vendors.
Coordinate mechanical and electrical schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation from pre‑construction through close‑out.
Requirements
5‑10 years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
Extensive experience managing construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
Experience developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control.
Monitor installation and start‑up of MEP systems and commissioning of the project with the Engineer & Owner.
Strong experience managing relationships with owners’ representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
Manage and lead the HCC MEP Team and Trade Partners throughout the project lifecycle (from groundbreaking through commissioning and turnover to owner).
