Responsibilities

Drafting trusts including revocable living trusts, dynasty trusts, DAPTs, FAPTs, SLATs, GRATs, etc.

Reviewing and revising estate planning documents

Communicating legal concepts with clients, analyzing options, and pros/cons

Creating illustrations, diagrams, legal structures, and strategies

Qualifications

REQUIRED: minimum 2 years of estate planning experience OR LL.M. in tax or estate planning
