THE OPPORTUNITY The CEO/President will be the

strategic architect and operational driver

for the next chapter of growth. This executive will have

full P&L ownership , overseeing multiple service lines and regional markets, and will be charged with scaling the organization while maintaining its high-performance culture.

The role blends

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Leadership

– Develop and execute a multi-year growth strategy, including geographic expansion, service line diversification, and M&A activity.

Financial Management

– Oversee all financial functions, from budgeting to capital allocation, ensuring sustainable profitability.

Operational Excellence

– Drive service quality, safety, and efficiency across all branches and service divisions.

Business Development

– Cultivate strategic customer and partner relationships to expand market share.

Talent & Culture

– Recruit, develop, and retain top leadership talent; foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Board & Stakeholder Relations

– Report to the board and investors with transparency and precision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Proven Executive

– CEO, President, COO, or Division Leader with experience in mechanical services, industrial contracting, or large-scale technical operations.

Growth Driver

– Demonstrated success in scaling organizations to $200M+ in revenue, including both organic growth and acquisitions.

– Expertise in managing multi-site operations with diverse service offerings.

Financial Acumen

– Skilled in P&L management, forecasting, and strategic capital deployment.
