Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Payroll

Overview We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Payroll. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in payroll elements, tax setup, and Fast Formulas, and will work closely with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Location Hanover, MD (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote). Transfer also available.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Payroll.

Work with HR, IT, and Finance to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Qualifications

Overall 14+ years of IT experience; 6+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll experience.

Expertise in element configuration, tax rules, and Fast Formulas.

Experience with HDL/PBL and full-cycle implementations.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work 3 days onsite in Hanover, MD.
