Lakeshore Talent is seeking a dynamic, high-performing Executive Assistant to support the President & CEO of a mission-driven organization in Denver, CO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact from day one. As the CEOs right hand, you will manage complex calendars, coordinate with executive leadership and board members, and handle sensitive communications with professionalism and discretion. You will help drive strategy, streamline communication, and support high-stakes operations while staying attuned to the CEOs priorities and the organizations mission. Base pay range:
$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr Schedule:
MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (3040 hours/week) Pay:

Direct Hire Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, communications, and strategic planning. Serve as a liaison to the Board of Directors and national partners; coordinate meetings, agendas, logistics, and communications. Draft, edit, and proofread executive-level correspondence, presentations, and reports. Support donor stewardship efforts and maintain donor records in Raisers Edge or other CRM systems. Organize and execute high-level meetings, events, and speaking engagements. Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to advance organizational strategy and initiatives. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion in all matters. Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and hits the ground running. Exceptionally organized with strong follow-through. Discreet, emotionally intelligent, and professional in all communications. Energetic and driven, balancing corporate polish with a mission-focused mindset. Able to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a high-pressure environment. Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of executive assistant experience, with strong preference for C-suite support. Experience supporting nonprofit leadership and Boards of Directors is a plus. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM or donor management systems (e.g., Raisers Edge) preferred. Details
