We are hiring a

Director of Sales & Business Development

to join our leadership team and

drive revenue growth across the US . In this role, you will work

closely with leadership to shape the company’s growth strategy , expand our client base, and build long-lasting partnerships. We are seeking a

proven Sales Leader

to accelerate our growth journey. This role goes beyond traditional selling — it’s about

building a repeatable revenue engine , expanding our market presence, and establishing YTP as a

go-to partner for digital transformation and software consulting. In this position, you will: Drive New Business Acquisition : Identify, target, and close opportunities with mid-market and enterprise clients across the US, focusing on industries where YTP has strong delivery experience (finance, energy, legal tech, and beyond). Develop Strategic Partnerships : Forge alliances with cloud providers (AWS, Microsoft), consulting firms, and industry associations to open new sales channels and strengthen credibility. Expand Existing Accounts : Work with current clients to uncover new opportunities, upsell services, and position YTP as a long-term trusted advisor. Shape Market Positioning : Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine YTP’s value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, ensuring differentiation in a competitive market. Build and Lead Sales Processes : Introduce structure to the sales cycle, including prospecting frameworks, proposal templates, deal qualification, and CRM-based pipeline tracking. Represent YTP in the Market : Be the face of YTP at industry events, trade shows, and executive roundtables, positioning us as a thought leader and trusted technology partner. Collaborate with Delivery Teams : Partner with technical leads and offshore teams to co-create compelling solutions, RFP responses, and proposals that align with client business needs. Mentor and Grow the Sales Function : As YTP scales, build a small but high-performing sales team under your leadership. What We’re Looking For

10+ years of proven success in IT consulting and software services sales Track record of closing multi-million-dollar service engagements annually Deep understanding of the onshore–offshore delivery model Strong network in mid-market and enterprise clients (finance, energy, legal tech a plus) Experience with long, consultative sales cycles (6–12 months) Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in a fast-growing, founder-led company Seniority level
