Scion Staffing . Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Director for a respected national nonprofit organization committed to improving community well-being through education, outreach, and advocacy. This is a fully remote position based in Los Angeles. Responsibilities
Lead the execution of local strategic goals in partnership with the Board and volunteers, including budgeting and program planning. Cultivate relationships with donors and stakeholders while managing non-event fundraising strategies. Supervise and support a remote team to deliver effective programs and outreach initiatives. Oversee communications, including social media, web content, and community engagement materials. Drive public policy advocacy in collaboration with volunteers and partner organizations. Recruit, train, and retain a strong volunteer base to support local initiatives. Qualifications
Experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, or program management. Strong communication skills, including public speaking and stakeholder engagement. Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Passion for mission-driven work and community engagement. Comfortable with general office technology and virtual collaboration tools. Compensation and Benefits
Competitive annual salary range of $90,000-$115,000. Generous paid time off: 22 days in the first year plus 11 holidays. Flexible schedule with Summer Fridays; fully remote work environment.
