Fast-growing commercial tenant interior contractor in Boston seeking a Permanent Project Executive to oversee a variety of construction projects including build-outs, fit-outs, tenant improvements, renovations, and interior design. Based in Boston, MA, we are a commercial general contractor that specializes in tenant interiorswith a focus on high-end, creative office and commercial fit-outs. We offer a full suite of general contracting and design services tailored to sophisticated clients and projects. Base pay range

$250,000.00/yr - $350,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists. Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Review and approve project plans and specifications, making modifications as needed. Coordinate with clients to define project requirements and expectations. Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance to design specifications and building codes. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Ensure safety regulations are adhered to at all construction sites. Use project management software, such as Primavera and Procore, to track project progress and manage resources. Handle any environmental or local community issues that may arise. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a project management role within the construction industry. Proficiency in Primavera and Procore. Extensive experience in managing build-outs, fit-ups, tenant improvements, renovations, and interior design projects. Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets. Advanced understanding of risk management policies and procedures. Extensive experience in managing budgets for large construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction law and building codes. Ability to make decisions under pressure. Excellent problem-solving abilities. A valid drivers license and a good driving record. Ability to travel to different job sites within a designated geographical area. Why join us
