About the Role We are partnering with multiple prominent law firms across California who are actively seeking
experienced Labor & Employment Attorneys
to join their growing teams. These positions are fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from anywhere in California while engaging in high-quality legal work for diverse clients.
Key Responsibilities
Represent employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and class action defense.
Draft and argue motions, take and defend depositions, and handle hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
Advise clients on workplace policies, compliance, and best practices to minimize litigation risks.
Manage multiple matters simultaneously across various clients.
Collaborate with firm partners and clients to develop effective litigation strategies.
Prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Active
California Bar admission
in good standing (mandatory).
5–7 years of experience in labor and employment law (litigation experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of federal and California employment laws.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and cases independently in a remote environment.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between
$200,000 – $250,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
