Overview Are you a detail-oriented legal professional with a passion for organization and transactional law? Join our Legal Department as a Corporate Paralegal / Legal Coordinator and support corporate governance, document management, and legal operations.

Schedule: Full-time, On-site,

CONTRACT TO HIRE ROLE

Responsibilities

Manage legal systems including CSC Entity Management, UCC filings, and document databases

Coordinate law firm invoicing and verify billing accuracy

Support attorneys with contract review, document preparation, and compliance tracking

Maintain corporate records, resolutions, and meeting minutes

Serve as Notary Public and assist with closings and legal transactions

Organize meetings, travel, and logistics for legal team activities

Handle large-scale document distribution and mail routing

Respond to internal and external document requests

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred

5+ years of legal experience, ideally in a transactional practice at a large law firm

Strong organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including track changes and comparison tools

Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to work overtime and adapt to irregular hours

Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain

Compensation Salary:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
