Draft and argue civil motions with clarity and precision Take and defend depositions Assist in preparing complex cases for trial Participate in all phases of litigation and case strategy development Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on healthcare and tort law matters Serve a broad range of clients including professionals and institutional entities Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience Proven ability to handle civil litigation tasks independently Strong courtroom and deposition skills Committed to high standards of professionalism and legal service Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications
Active member of the Oregon State Bar Admission to the Washington State Bar is a plus Skills
