Job Summary VP Management, a successful and growing property management company, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as the General Manager in Charleston, WV. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations and success of the company in the Charleston area. This is a full-time, salary position with a competitive compensation and benefits package.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range of $50,000 to $70,000

Biweekly pay schedule

Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and paid time off.

Responsibilities

Oversee all day-to-day operations of the company in Charleston, WV

Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives

Manage and mentor a team of employees, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

Monitor and maintain property budgets, ensuring financial goals are met

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Collaborate with other General Managers to share best practices and streamline processes

Identify potential areas for growth and make recommendations to upper management

Regularly communicate with upper management to provide updates on operations, challenges, and successes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field

Experience in property management or a related industry

Strong leadership and management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven track record of meeting financial goals and managing budgets

Familiarity with property management software and technology

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to property management

Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
