Regulatory & Audit Management
— Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory, audit, and partner reviews; lead preparation and response for regulatory examinations, independent audits, and bank partner oversight activities; monitor and interpret changes in laws and guidance; oversee the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework; collaborate with the Board and ELT to develop risk appetite statements; coordinate with operations, finance, and product teams to address risk exposures for new initiatives.
Training & Culture
— Champion a company-wide risk and compliance culture; deliver training to employees at all levels, including executives, in coordination with broader company-wide training programs.
Investigations & Reporting
— Oversee internal investigations of compliance-related matters; ensure timely completion of suspicious activity referrals to bank partners and regulatory findings; present periodic compliance and risk reports to the Board of Directors and ELT.
