We are looking for a
Client Accountant
to serve as a trusted resource to clients and internal teams. This role is client-facing, with responsibilities that include managing daily accounting activity, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, coordinating payments, and assisting with tax and payroll reporting. You will also handle special client requests and projects, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive communication. This is a
hybrid position based in Seattle , offering a mix of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary accounting resource for assigned clients Manage daily accounting activity, cash flow, and bill payments Prepare and review financial statements and reports Reconcile accounts, including bank and investment records Assist with payroll, tax reporting (1099s, W-2s), and year-end processes Provide timely responses to client inquiries and support special projects Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and cash/tax basis accounting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication and client-service skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines Experience with payroll and taxation is a plus Why Join
