Overview
Our client, a well-established private equity firm, is looking to hire a Senior Fund Accountant for a hybrid role based in Greenwich, CT. In this position, you will support fund valuations, investor services, and tax compliance activities. This opportunity offers an excellent salary and strong growth potential. Base pay range
$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Review cash transactions and reconciliations prepared by fund administrators. Assist in the preparation and review of fund, general partner, and co-investor financial statements, including partner capital account statements. Analyze and interpret deal documentation for financial reporting purposes. Collaborate with fund administrators and communicate necessary information. Assist with capital calls and distributions for the funds and co-investors. Qualifications
6–8 years of experience, preferably from private equity or a mix of public and private equity backgrounds. Experience as an administrator or in a similar leadership role is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification is helpful but not required. Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and/or Allvue is a plus.
