Position Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare, relationship-building, and driving strategic growth in post-acute and senior living environments. Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with administrators, clinical leaders, and decision-makers in SNFs, CCRCs, and assisted living communities Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research Present Broad River Rehab's therapy services and value proposition to prospective clients Collaborate with internal clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction Track sales activity, pipeline development, and performance metrics using CRM tools Represent Broad River Rehab at industry events, conferences, and trade shows Qualifications

Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in therapy services, senior living, or post-acute care Strong understanding of SNF, CCRC, and assisted living operations and reimbursement models Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and a passion for building relationships Ability to travel within assigned territory What We Offer
