Together, we help clients provide better outcomes and long-lasting results, from strategy to execution. Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure implemented solutions meet requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver effective system architecture solutions. Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis. Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met. Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements. Deliver high-quality client service, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed of progress and expected outcomes. Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback within diverse teams. Drive business growth by generating new opportunities, assessing strategic solutions to serve clients, and managing business development opportunities. Establish and sustain long-term client relationships and cross-practice collaboration to meet client needs. Enhance client operations by optimizing end-to-end SAP Transportation Management (TM) processes. Configure, design, build, test, and deploy SAP S/4 Transportation Management with integration to other solutions. Lead workshops to guide design decisions and provide recommendations grounded in industry best practices. Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to estimate efforts for customizations and extensions, including interface work and cloud implications. Deliver standout EY S/4 Transportation Management solutions. Skills And Attributes For Success

To thrive in this role, you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships and deliver results. You will lead requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, workflow documentation, and functional design of SAP solutions, and manage configurations and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Key skills include: Strong technical skills in application functional design and technology requirements definition. Ability to analyze and map technology cost-benefit scenarios. Expertise in system configuration design and business architecture frameworks. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred. Typically, 9 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules. Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of at least two full lifecycle SAP TM implementations in roles such as workstream lead, engagement lead, or solution architect. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including overseeing project-based team members. Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance and technology functions in consulting. Ability and comfort with researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and new technologies. Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel estimated at 40-60%. We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $171,600 to $392,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $205,900 to $445,700. Salaries are determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. Total Rewards includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and various paid time off options. Hybrid work model: most client-serving roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time over an engagement, project, or year.
