Employment Law Attorney (Plaintiff) | 100% remote (Must have CA active bar license) Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Handle a full caseload of employment matters from intake through resolution or trial. Conduct client interviews, legal research, and case evaluation. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and legal briefs. Represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials. Negotiate settlements and advocate for employee rights. Qualifications
3-5 years of litigation experience in employment law (Wrongful termination, discrimination, etc). Handle discovery and MSJ Ops (motion for summary judgment opposition). Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Passion for advancing civil rights and workplace equity. Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $160,000-$225,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
