Director, Workforce Transformation HCA (L&D)

Responsibilities
Identify new clients and manage existing client relationships; deliver Workforce Transformation services across multiple industries in areas including Organization Design & Effectiveness; Target Operating Model Strategy; Competencies & Skills Development; Performance Management; Workforce Management & Planning; Talent Acquisition; Learning & Development; Organization/Leadership Development; Talent Capability Assessments; Employee Experience; Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting/workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management.
Lead the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts.
Lead the development and evolution of business, methodologies, and intellectual capital including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides.
Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal responses and client outreach.
Qualifications
Minimum twelve years of relevant work experience related to Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience and DEI; preferred ten years of experience in advisory services within a major consulting firm.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
Experience leading business transformation initiatives based on a deep understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in the human capital space.
Prior work managing a portfolio of clients and client activities within a project or team, including setting priorities, balancing deadlines, and engaging stakeholders across an organizational hierarchy.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future (no sponsorship is available for U.S. work visas).
Travel as necessary.
