KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Human Capital Advisory for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities:
Identify new clients, lead and manage existing client relationships, and deliver Workforce Transformation services across multiple industries in areas such as Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Competencies & Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Management & Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Capability Assessments, Employee Experience, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver excellent client service, including stakeholder management, meeting and workshop facilitation, deliverable creation, and project and financial management. Lead the creation and advancement of thought leadership, internal and external tools and resources, and training for workforce transformation efforts. Develop and evolve business methodologies and intellectual capital, including articles, whitepapers, and methodology guides. Participate in business development by identifying opportunities, assisting with proposals, and client outreach. Qualifications:
Minimum twelve years of relevant experience in areas such as Organization Design & Effectiveness, Target Operating Model Strategy, Skills Development, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organization/Leadership Development, Talent Assessments, Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion; with at least ten years in advisory services within a major consulting firm. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in I/O Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field preferred. Experience leading business transformation initiatives, understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and leading practices in human capital. Experience managing a portfolio of clients, setting priorities, balancing deadlines, and engaging stakeholders across organizational levels. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. No visa sponsorship available for this role. Willingness to travel as necessary. KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and well-being benefits.
