About the Job
A leading middle-market private equity firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate or Senior Associate to join its healthcare-focused investment team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role across the full investment lifecycle, from origination and diligence to portfolio management and exit planning, while helping drive thematic sector strategies and operational growth. Responsibilities
Lead financial modeling, valuation, and investment committee materials Support transaction structuring and third-party diligence processes Sourcing & Evaluation Conduct proactive sector research across healthcare verticals Review inbound opportunities and support outreach to founders and intermediaries Collaborate with operating teams to identify and implement growth initiatives Monitor company performance, analyze KPIs, and report key insights Internal & External Engagement Prepare board materials, portfolio updates, and investor communications Partner closely with senior leadership and value creation professionals 2–5 years of private equity, investment banking experience Exposure to healthcare transactions Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Demonstrated ability to evaluate investments and manage deal processes Excellent communication and project management abilities Highly driven team player with a low-ego, high-performance mindset Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier institution MBA or graduate degree a plus but not required If you or anyone you know is interested in learning more please apply below.
