The position offers a lower billable hours expectation of 1850, alongside a generous compensation package. They are open to candidates with finance experience including commercial finance, leveraged finance, structured finance/securitization, real estate finance, asset finance, corporate finance, and aviation finance.

Strong law school academic credentials, with relevant and sophisticated law firm and transaction experience. High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, flexibility, willingness to undertake a wide variety of tasks, and a pro-active team player.
