Experis is seeking a Technical Lead of Software Development to join their team. As a Technical Lead, you will be part of a dynamic department supporting the development of cutting-edge AR/VR hardware. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Lead – Software Development
Location: Redmond, WA (On-site)
Pay Range: $80+ depending on experience
What's the Job?

• Lead a small cross-functional team (3–6 engineers/technicians).
• Design and implement calibration and data collection software using C++ and Python.
• Guide daily engineering tasks, code reviews, and team mentorship.
• Collaborate with hardware and manufacturing teams for integration.
• Develop software specifications, documentation, and testing protocols.
  
  

What's Needed?

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.
• 5–7 years of hands-on software development experience.
• 2+ years of team or project leadership.
• Strong skills in C++, Python, and software design principles.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
