Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr

A well-established and rapidly growing multi-billion dollar asset management firm with a strong focus on private credit is seeking a seasoned Fund Accounting professional to lead and mentor a high-performing team. This Manhattan-based firm offers a dynamic, collaborative environment, excellent compensation, and a flexible hybrid work schedule. This is a key leadership opportunity with high visibility and the chance to make a meaningful impact across the organization.
Job Function

• Oversee and direct all aspects of Fund Accounting operations from end to end, including both internal teams and outsourced service providers.
• Support accounting and operational functions across a diverse range of fund structures, all centered on private credit strategies.
• Play a key role in expanding and strengthening the internal accounting team as the firm continues to grow.
• Collaborate with a highly experienced, successful, and collegial team in a culture that values excellence and teamwork.
  
  

Job Requirements

• CPA designation required.
• Private credit experience required.
• 10 - 15 years of fund accounting experience required.
• Proven success leading a fund accounting team within a private credit environment required.
