Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Director of Operations for Austin So So Spiffy Design at Spiffy Staging and Design LLC. This is an on-site role located in Birmingham, AL. The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, analyzing data to inform decision-making, leading and mentoring the team, and ensuring top-notch customer service. The role requires effective communication and coordination with various departments to optimize workflow and achieve company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operations Management and possessing strong Analytical Skills
• Experience in Team Management and Budgeting
• Exceptional Customer Service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Familiarity with the home staging or design industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
