HR Manager
Our client in Suwanee, GA has an immediate opening for an HR Manager . This role partners with local and group leadership to drive HR initiatives, support employee relations, manage recruitment, and oversee benefits and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR contact, advising managers and employees on policies, engagement, retention, and employee relations.
- Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend solutions.
- Oversee payroll, timekeeping, employee records, benefits, and compliance with labor laws.
- Lead talent acquisition including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and succession planning.
- Support employee recognition, training, wellness initiatives, and company events.
- Partner with leadership on compensation planning, performance management, and HR reporting.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field (preferred).
- 35 years of HR generalist experience across employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and payroll.
- SHRM-CP/PHR certification required.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and multi-state HR practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and build strong relationships.
- Occasional domestic and international travel required.
