About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Administration and Chief Information Officer to play a pivotal role in the integration of planning and service delivery, with a strong focus on the strategic use of information technology, facilities management, and infrastructure development. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT and computer systems that support enterprise goals, managing IT staff, and developing department goals. This includes the development and oversight of the IT budget, planning, and maintaining IT systems and operations, as well as managing the organization's software development needs. The role also involves staying updated on IT trends and ensuring that IT strategies and processes align with the company's goals.
In addition to IT, the VP of Administration/CIO will be tasked with developing and implementing long-term plans for facility maintenance and renovations, overseeing all aspects of physical plant operations, and managing the physical plant's annual operating budget. The position requires a leader with a strong understanding of facilities management and capital project planning, who can lead and provide oversight for all capital building projects. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a related field, a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, facilities management, and capital project oversight, and a proven track record of leadership in these areas. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strategic planning skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple complex projects and ensure cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints.
