The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of ICU experience and a demonstrated ability to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing critically ill patients, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring adherence to best practices in medical care. Key Responsibilities: - Assess and evaluate patients' conditions and needs in the ICU setting- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies promptly- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care strategies- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation- Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations Requirements: - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Contract Details: - Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week- Contract Duration: 13 Weeks- Opportunities for extensions and travel benefits may be availableJoin us in making a difference in the lives of our patients while advancing your nursing career in an engaging and supportive environment.
