The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience and will have the skills necessary to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care in the ICU setting.- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver effective treatment plans.- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.- Participate in educational opportunities to enhance nursing skills and knowledge. Qualifications: - Minimum of 24 months of current ICU experience is required.- Active certifications: ACLS (AHA) and BLS (AHA) must be included with submission.- Clean background check with no Nursys hits.- Current active nursing license (verification must be less than 30 days old).- Candidates with an AZ home address on their driver's license will not be considered. Submission Requirements: - Completed cover page with all relevant details.- Resume highlighting all previous facilities, their size, beds, trauma levels, and specific units worked.- Skills checklist specific to the discipline (must be less than a year old).- All requirements and preferences for departments, shifts, and locations must be indicated in the submission.
