Handle corporate transactional work for high-growth companies in life sciences, healthcare, and technology Support clients throughout the business lifecycle, from formation to exit events Manage equity financing deals, including venture financings and IPOs Lead or contribute to M&A transactions and public offerings Guide on corporate governance and compliance matters Draft and review key transaction documents Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders across jurisdictions Requirements
3-4 years of experience in corporate transactional work, including: Registered equity offerings Public company representation SEC reporting and compliance Mergers and acquisitions Ability to manage substantial portions of deals independently Strong organizational and project management skills Exceptional written and oral communication skills Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school Certifications
Active membership in a U.S. State Bar Admission to the Massachusetts Bar or eligibility for prompt admission Skills
Deep understanding of corporate law principles and public company regulations Familiarity with legal frameworks impacting life sciences and healthcare companies Interest in or experience with life sciences sector clients Proficient in transaction structuring and due diligence Collaborative, adaptable, and resourceful approach to problem-solving Job Location
