As a

Customer Service Representative (CSR) , you'll be the face of campaigns at live events, street teams, and community fundraisers. Through authentic, one-on-one conversations, you'll help connect individuals to the missions they care about and inspire them to take action.

Represent

national nonprofit organizations

at local events, public spaces, and outreach sites Initiate conversations with community members to educate and inspire support for critical causes Share key campaign messages, collect donations, and enroll new supporters or donors Build trust and rapport through friendly, informative dialogue Assist in setting up event materials, branded signage, and outreach displays Collaborate with a supportive team to meet individual and group campaign goals Stay mission-aligned and professional in all public interactions No Experience Needed - Just Bring Your Passion

We provide

paid training , so prior customer service or fundraising experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is your

attitude, work ethic, and desire to create positive change .You're a Great Fit If You: Are 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S. Have a high school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus) Are an enthusiastic communicator who thrives in people-facing environments Are dependable, coachable, and eager to learn new skills Have a strong sense of purpose and want to do work that matters Enjoy working in a
