As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the

frontline ambassador for major nonprofit campaigns . You'll engage with the public at events and community spaces, sparking conversations that

educate, inspire, and drive action . Key Responsibilities:

Represent nonprofit organizations at

community outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and public activations Start

authentic conversations

that raise awareness of important social and environmental issues Share clear, compelling messaging about each nonprofit's mission and how people can get involved Build trust and rapport with potential donors through

active listening, empathy, and professionalism Work as part of a team to develop and execute effective, on-the-ground outreach strategies Always uphold the core values of
