As a Citrix administrator you will be tasked with managing and maintaining Citrix environments, ensuring seamless delivery of virtual applications and desktops to end-users. Key responsibilities include configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler). They may also be involved in designing and optimizing complex Citrix solutions, as well as mentoring team members and contributing to strategic IT initiatives. The Citrix infrastructure you will be responsible for supports the Aeronautics business area and the manufacture of air combat platforms like the F-16 and F-35. You will ensure the Citrix infrastructure is maintained to vendor support standards and Lockheed Martin information security requirements. Some after hours work on evenings and weekends is required. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field or equivalent work experience Proven experience in Citrix administration with a strong focus on Citrix Virtual Apps and desktops Deep understanding of Citrix architecture, including App Layering, Provisioning Services, and StoreFront Experience with Windows Server operating systems and Active Directory Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues withing Citrix environments Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
