The Low Tide Bar & Grill

Bartender

is a skilled and charismatic professional who will craft exceptional cocktails, provide warm hospitality, and embody the laid-back yet polished spirit of Low Tide. This role is passionate about mixology, thrives in a high-energy environment, and excel at creating memorable guest experiences. By delivering

impeccable service , the Bartender will uphold La Bahia Hotel & Spa's service standards (inspired by Forbes) while elevating our beachfront property.

This role has a start date of 7/28/2025.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITY:

Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and artistry. Maintain in-depth knowledge of our menu, including seasonal specialties, local ingredients, and Pacific-inspired flavors. Engage guests with genuine hospitality, offering recommendations and sharing the story behind our drinks. Remember and acknowledge returning guests with tailored recognition. Ensure bar area is clean, well-stocked, and adheres to health/safety standards. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to deliver seamless service. Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems. Contribute to menu development and creative cocktail ideas. Demonstrate wine list familiarity for preliminary beverage inquiries. Maintain impeccable grooming standards, wearing the assigned uniform exactly as specified (proper fit, cleanliness, and presentation at all times. Wear the official hotel lapel pin prominently as part of the uniform requirement, unless embroidered onto uniform. Perform all other duties that may be assigned as needed by your manager. QUALIFICATIONS:

(2/3) years of experience in upscale hotel/restaurant bartending role, luxury hotel and/or resort preferred Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and craft cocktail techniques Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and left/carry up to 25 lbs. Multilingual abilities highly preferred Capable of maintaining composure during peak hours Familiarity with POS system and inventory management Flexible to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for guest interactions Ability to work independently and in a team environment Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
