Specialty contractor is expanding and actively recruiting for a highly organized and proactive
Bilingual Office Manager . This role requires fluency in
English and Spanish
to support communication between office staff, field crews, subcontractors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction administration, strong multitasking skills, and the ability to keep projects, people, and paperwork on track. Responsibilities: • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, change orders, permits, and compliance forms. • ssist project managers with scheduling, job cost tracking, and reporting. • Coordinate onboarding, safety training, and HR paperwork for bilingual workforce. • Translate and interpret conversations, emails, safety meetings, and written materials as needed. • Maintain accurate records for payroll, timesheets, certifications, and project files. • Track invoices, payments, and expenses in coordination with accounting. • Order supplies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure office equipment is maintained. • Support leadership with special projects and confidential matters. Qualifications: • 3+ years as an Office Manager, Project Administrator, or similar role within the
construction industry . • Fluency in
English and Spanish
(oral and written). • Strong knowledge of construction terminology, contracts, and compliance documentation preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction software (Procore, Sage, Viewpoint, or similar) a plus. • Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
